The Embassy of the United States of America in Zambia will hold a vendor fair on February 9, 2023. The purpose is to provide a networking platform between contractors and the United States Government in Zambia. The vendor fair will offer participants the opportunity to learn and understand the United States Government procurement processes and business opportunities.
Contractors who are specialized in general building maintenance, repair and minor construction works are encouraged to attend. Contractors shall have the following minimum requirements:
- Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
- Valid ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid National Council for Construction Certificate (NCC)
- Valid Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) Certificate

Minority Owned, Women Owned and the Blind or Severely Disabled businesses are encouraged to attend.
Deadline for registration is Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at 16:00 p.m. The Embassy reserves the right to accept or reject any registration forms received.
Please note that only contractors who register and are contacted formally will be allowed to attend the vendor fair.
