WHAT IS THE COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS PROGRAM?
The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a yearlong professional leadership development program fully funded by the U.S. Government for experienced civil society leaders age 26 – 39 working in democracy and human rights, environmental issues, gender equality, and peace and conflict resolution. CSP offers hands-on experience through a four-month (August – December 2024) U.S. practicum, advanced leadership and technical skill development, and connection to a diverse, global network of over 800 changemakers positively impacting their communities.
